The Blossom Experience
The BLOSSOM Girls Program is a dynamic after-school initiative dedicated to empowering young women from Baltimore City, attending middle and high school. Our program, held at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, meets three times a week to foster mentorship, personal growth, and community service, culminating in exciting events and showcases throughout the school year.
Program Structure and Activities
Big Sister/Little Sister Mentorship
Our mentorship program pairs middle and high school students with college mentors, creating a strong network of guidance and support. This structure mirrors an organization, featuring an executive board with roles such as website manager, captain, co-captain, and social media manager. Students can also earn service hours by assisting with various activities, including stage production.
